No. The initial evaluation and audit of your bills is 100% free. If you are currently one of the fortunate few who are enjoying your services on several great plans with low costs and we can't see a way to save you any cash we'll just pretty much tell you "congrats!", give you a virtual fist bump and you can continue to enjoy your low bills and all your extra money.
Let's say we save you $100/month across your various services for a new 2 year term. You would pay us $50/month for the first 12 months. This means you instantly save $50/month and after the first year you see the whole $100 savings for the whole second year. We also offer a 5% discount if you decide to pay the full amount you save (in this hypothetical case $600) up front (in this case it would save you $30).
When you share your information with us it is used solely for the purpose of identifying cost-saving opportunities. We do not sell, share, or misuse your data. Our firm upholds the highest standards of data security and confidentiality.
Furthermore, we cannot make changes to your account without your explicit authorization. To act on your behalf with your providers, you’ll need to call and grant us access. This access allows us to negotiate and set things up for you, but you will still need to authorize any account changes. No changes can ever be made without you contacting the provider to give the final approval.
Ensure that you (or the person you are representing) are not under contract with any telco service (landline, cellular, internet, cable TV) and have no outstanding balance on a phone financed through one of the wireless carriers—unless you’re able/willing to pay it off immediately. For example, a large balance on an iPhone financed through Apple is fine, but a phone financed through Bell or Rogers with 18 months remaining is probably not unless you're willing to pay off the balance in one shot. If you own your phone outright (ie. don't make monthly payments on it) and qualify for a BYOD plan, then this won't be a factor for you.
Log into the websites of your various providers (Bell, Rogers, Telus etc.) and download a few months worth of your bills. One month for each service is ok, 2 or 3 months is better as it will paint a more accurate picture of your actual usage. Downloading PDFs directly from the providers website is preferable, but if thats not possible then clear, legible scans are ok too.
Get in touch and we'll open a customer file for you. You send us those bills and we'll see what we can do to save you some $$$$
